Hudson Valley Admirals Football and Cheer (originally established in 1970 as the Hudson Valley Knights) is for boys and girls, grades K-8 (min. age 5 as of 7/31, max age 14 as of 12/31), who wish to participate in a competitive sport in a safe and fun environment.There are no restrictions on weight, and everyone plays with kids their own age. We are open to all children who reside or attend school in the Arlington school district. We also accept children from the Dover, Hyde Park, Millbrook, Pawling, Poughkeepsie and Spackenkill school districts. |
